KAWS is Going On Holiday with a Huge Companion Release
KAWS is celebrating summer in a big way - literally. He's packing up and heading to Seoul, South Korea for a new project entitled KAWS:HOLIDAY, where he'll be putting up a huge 28-meter long inflatable Companion sculpture in the Seokchon Lake. It'll be KAWS' largest work to date, and the first sculpture to float.
Of course, there's a range of accompanying products as well. Fans will be able to cop a bath toy version of the Companion, in addition to an inflatable pool toy, umbrellas, T-shirts and towels.
These wares will launch in China on CLOT.cn starting July 19 (10 AM HKT), and Asia-wide on Ding Dong Taikuhaibin.
Make sure to check out KAWS:HOLIDAY at Seokchon Lake, where the Companion will be chilling from July 19 until August 19 - before it embarks on a world tour.
