GUESS Originals and CLOTTEE fuse vintage legacy and streetwear in new unisex capsule
GUESS Originals is launching a unisex capsule collection with CLOTTEE, the younger extension of the core label CLOT created by Edison Chen. Having had over a decade of success starting its roots in Hong Kong and growing throughout Asia, CLOTTEE was launched to represent the energy of newer generations.
The GUESS Originals x CLOTTEE collection will be available from 18 December 2021, on clot.tmall.com and in select JUICE Stores across Greater China—including mainland China, Hong Kong SAR as well as on guess.tmall.com and at select GUESS stores in the region.
The collaborative range brings together CLOTTEE’s influence in Asian street culture and the west coast legacy GUESS has developed in its four decades in LA. Taking key inspirations from its vintage heritage, GUESS Originals dove into its archive for silhouettes and wash that exudes a west coast aesthetic and vintage flair. These ideas were then combined with the voice of CLOTTEE, represented by the colors, graphics and overall design aesthetics of the resulting collection.

The GUESS Originals x CLOTTEE crossover comprises a range of hooded sweatshirts—in color choices of blue, orange and black—along with short- and long-sleeved t-shirts in stripes and solid colors. Outerwear, on the other hand, includes an assortment of puffer jackets and vests, as well as a classic All-American sherpa jacket. Joggers in black and white tones and denim jeans in black and medium blue washes are among bottom selections, along with accessories from vintage hats to bucket hats and totes to top up your look.
Campaign visuals for the GUESS Originals x CLOTTEE capsule was shot in Downtown Los Angeles by renowned photographer Silas Lee, designed to visually portray the coming together of CLOTTEE and GUESS in a true East-meets-West fashion. Starring models on motorcycles in front of the iconic LA skyline, the campaign captures and reinforces both brands’ DNA of being original, daring and adventurous.
