Rise of the Protégé - Mao Kashimada's Journey from OFF-WHITE to ROGIC
Originally a side project by ex-OFF-WHITE Tokyo buyer Mao Kashimada to create men's clothing that would fit herself, ROGIC has evolved into a brand beloved by celebrities and creatives alike while continuing to exist within a broader spectrum in relative obscurity.
The range of utilitarian pants featuring paisley and snake print patterns from ROGIC's initial release gained traction quickly with the likes of J. Balvin and Heron Preston. Mao Kashimada did not rest on her laurels, however, and continued to experiment with other formats like denim and even footwear - in the form of a collaboration with cult sneaker brand Starwalk.
With endorsements from her old boss Virgil Abloh and superstars like Billie Ellish, the sky is the limit for Mao Kashimada as she expands ROGIC's global footprint. Shop a curated selection from the brand's latest drop now at JUICE Causeway Bay and online.
