Known for its outstanding outdoor-driven gears, Salomon’s persistence to high-quality materials and construction has been a key recipe for success. As outdoor garments continue to be embraced by the fashion industry, there has been a rapid rise in creative designs mixed with outdoor motifs. This week at JUICE, we welcome the arrival of three new designs from Salomon: the XT-4 Advanced in purple, the XT-6 Advanced in grey, and the Salomon x Better Gift Shop Advanced X Ultra 3 GTX.

Salomon’s long success comes as no surprise. Following last year's collaboration with COMME des GARGÇONS, it showcased the brand's openness to being more creative with its use of colors and designs. From being known to specialize in skiing hardware, today the brand is also recognized for its fashion-forward approach, evident in its unique designs and its ongoing collaborations with clothing brands such as 11 by Boris Bidjan Saberi.

With the main focus of the sneakers for outdoor purposes, all three designs come equipped with a Contagrip outsole for stability and cushioning across uneven and slippy surfaces. Built with one layer of mesh, all three sneakers are extremely light in weight, complimented with an Agile Chassis System (ACS) for a premium look and extra stability. In addition, all three silhouettes are constructed with the brand’s classic logo tab at the center of the sneaker, completed with elastic drawstring closure for a comfortable sock-like fit.

A special mention on the first collaborative piece between Salomon and Better Gift Shop – inspired by earth tones, with a touch of playful colors, the classic silhouette is updated and reflects Better Gift Shop’s surroundings in Toronto. From hiking to walking through town, the collaborative piece aims to take you wherever you want to go, whenever you want.
