JUICE REWARDS PROGRAM
The JUICE Rewards Program is an online rewards program available to those who register an account at JUICESTORE.com. Points can only be earned and redeemed through JUICESTORE.com.
HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
The following terms apply to Points earned through the rewards program:
- '200 Points for signing up' are only rewarded once during account member's lifetime.
- '1000 Points on your birthday' are only awarded once per year. To discourage customers from claiming their birthday is today or tomorrow to game the system for points, we have added a layer of security. A customer will not get rewarded points for their birthday this year if they enter a date that is in the next 30 days. They will be rewarded the following year on that date
- '150 Points for following JUICESTORE on Instagram' are only rewarded once during account member's lifetime.
- '150 Points for liking JUICE STORE on Facebook' are only rewarded once during account member's lifetime.
- '1 Point for every $1 HKD you spend online, at JUICESTORE.com.' To earn Points through online purchases the customer must sign in to their account prior to completing their order.
POINT REDEMPTION
The following terms apply to Points spent through the rewards program:
- Points can be redeemed for dollar value, free shipping and/or percentage discount codes.
- JUICESTORE reserves the right to make reward adjustments or cancel discount codes (dollar or percentage valued codes) at any time.
- Certain products or special releases may be excluded and reward redemption may not apply.
REFERRAL
- A Referrer must have a registered account at JUICESTORE.com to make a referral.
- Once a member refers a friend, an email is sent to the referred friend with their JUICE Reward code.
- The member is rewarded for their successful referral once their Referral redeems their reward in their first purchase.
- JUICE Rewards Program is powered by Smile.io. Smile’s Fraud Analysis will detect fraudulent referrals to help minimize referral abuse, ie. similar email addresses and names, a high volume of referrals from the same IP or reward is claimed by the referrer. JUICE STORE will also monitor the situation closely to prevent any other abuses to the system. All high volume / same IP will be flagged and will be handled in JUICESTORE’s discretion.
JUICESTORE reserves the right of final decision.
Should there be any dispute, JUICESTORE reserves the right of final decision.
In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
