To initiate a return for international orders, please contact our Customer Service team at online@juicestore.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Please do not return any items before receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be declined or delayed.
All returns must comply with our Sellable Condition standards and be submitted within the return window shown at checkout. Returns outside this timeframe, or items that do not meet return criteria, may be rejected.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes, unless otherwise stated.
JUICESTORE is not liable for items damaged during return transit. Please pack items securely to avoid damage during shipping.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in Sellable Condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, and returned with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories (including boxes for footwear).
JUICESTORE reserves the right to determine whether returned items meet these standards.

within 14 days of delivery, including your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. Claims submitted after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Please allow 10–15 business days for inspection and processing after the item is received.
For returns not due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
For exchanges, a re-shipping fee will apply. JUICESTORE is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return transit.

All sale items, discounted products, and promotional orders (including those purchased using discount codes) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the shipment and to ensure the product(s) are packaged and delivered intact, unworn, and in original purchased condition (Sellable Condition). If any liability issues arise, they will be handled directly between the seller and the customer, and the seller’s terms and conditions will apply.
Refunds are only issued in special, pre-approved cases and will not be processed without prior approval from our Customer Service team.
If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

We strive to maintain accurate pricing at all times. However, in the event of an error, JUICESTORE reserves the right to adjust or cancel affected orders. In the case of discrepancies between translated versions of these terms, the English version will take precedence.
