How It Works

• Digital Gift Card delivered by email with a secure code.
• Enter the Gift Card code at checkout to apply it to your order.
• Gift Cards can be used as full or partial payment for eligible merchandise on JUICESTORE.COM.
• Gift Cards are applied to the net purchase amount (after discounts and promotions).
• Only a single Gift Card can be used per order.

Terms & Conditions

1. General

The JUICESTORE Digital Gift Card is issued subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. By purchasing or using the Gift Card, the holder agrees to these conditions.

2. Usage & Redemption

• The Gift Card may be used as full or partial payment for eligible merchandise purchased exclusively on JUICESTORE.COM.
• The Gift Card cannot be redeemed in physical retail stores.
• Gift Cards are applied to the net purchase amount after discounts and promotions are applied.
• Only one Gift Card can be used per order.

3. Refunds, Exchanges & Cash Value

• Orders placed using a Gift Card are not eligible for refunds in the form of cash or to the original payment method.
• Returned items paid with a Gift Card will be refunded back to a Gift Card balance only.
• The Gift Card cannot be reloaded, exchanged for cash (except where required by law), or topped up.

4. Validity Period

• JUICESTORE Digital Gift Cards currently have no expiry date.
• Any future changes to expiry policy will apply only to Gift Cards issued after such changes are implemented, unless otherwise required by law.

5. Payment Differences & Remaining Balance

• If the purchase amount exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be settled using another accepted payment method at checkout.
• If the net purchase amount is less than the Gift Card value, the remaining balance is not forfeited and will remain available for future purchases until fully used.

6. Authenticity & Responsibility

• Only Gift Cards issued directly by JUICESTORE are considered valid.
• JUICESTORE is not responsible for, and will not honour, any Gift Cards acquired through unauthorized third parties or resale platforms.
• The holder is responsible for keeping the Gift Card code secure. JUICESTORE is not liable for lost, stolen, or misused codes.

7. Amendments

• JUICESTORE reserves the right to modify, update, or withdraw the Gift Card program and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will be posted on JUICESTORE.COM and will apply from the date of publication, unless otherwise stated.
